According to the police, the shooter(s) could see straight into the house and they knew who they were shooting. Plus, they believe it was gang related, as one of Elvira’s brothers was apparently in a gang. So, they intended to kill this innocent child. And she is just adorable, and has such a cute smile that lights up her whole face. So senseless.
