Aaron Hernandez was arrested at his home this morning at about 8:45am. Within 2 hours, the New England Patriots released him from the team. Then at 2pm, he was arraigned and then the state police announced that Aaron Hernandez was charged with murder. No surprise there, given all of the media attention around Hernandez this past week. First they find Odin Lloyd’s body near the Hernandez home. Honestly, what did Aaron Hernandez think would happen? Did he really think he was above the law and that they would not investigate him when the body of Odin Lloyd was found so close to Hernandez’s home and that they were friends?
