Please remember, his sentence is 25 years to life in prison. It is NOT just 25 years. That is the earliest he could dream about getting out. But I seriously doubt it will ever happen. When he gets his first parole hearing (in 25 years) they can give him a release date (doubtful), a rehearing date, or decide that he will spend natural life in prison. And yes, I have seen the parole board here do that several times. With this case, there is a great chance that he will never get out.
