Yes, Winston Moseley is still in prison. He was originally sentenced to death, but it was overturned when the death penalty was on moratorium in the US. I doubt he will ever be paroled. He is right where he belongs. His crimes were heinous, to say the least. He raped several women, besides the 3 murders.
