This angers me to no end. Not only is it “blame the victim” but blaming a child rape on the child! A child is not and not be a willing participant. A 4-year-old child does not understand sex or what it entails, especially the pain that occurs from an adult ripping her poor little body apart. Apparently, the plea bargain states that he will receive a life sentence, with parole eligibility after 10 years. But remember, that does NOT guarantee that he will get out at all. They may just make him serve it all out. Since he is in his late 60s, no matter the sentence, it will probably be life. And since he is blaming this all on the victim, I have a feeling that other inmates are not going to like it at all. Remember, they listen and read the news and will know the details of his crime.
