This is one of the most horrific child abuse murders I have ever read about. I cannot fathom a father doing these things, especially raping your 10-year-old son. And his lawyer, while not exactly condoning it, downplayed it. I am still amazed by his words. For the record, your client is a MONSTER. And the “flaws and misguided bad acts” shows that responsibility has NOT been accepted. Raping your child is not a flaw or misguided. It is monstrous. It comes from evil. And your client is not a real father. A real father does not lock their child in an attic, beat the child, taser the child, or sexually assault their child. This child will always live in my heart.
